Therapies we do » Person Centre Therapy
Person Centre Therapy is a form of talk therapy developed by Carl Roger in the 1940s and 1950s. The goal of Person Centred Therapy is to provide you with an opportunity to develop a sense of self, where you can realise how your attitudes, feelings and behaviour are negatively affecting you and make an effort to find your true potential.
In this approach, therapists create a comfortable, non-judgmental environment by demonstrating congruence, genuineness, empathy and unconditional positive regard toward the client while using a non-directive approach. This provides the space, time and support that you need to find your own solutions to the problems that are presented to you at the time.
