Does low mood affect your thoughts, behavior, feelings and sense of well-being?
if you are depressed or suffer from low mood, you may feel sad, anxious, empty, hopeless, worried, helpless, worthless, guilty, irritable, hurt, or restless. You may lose or have lost interest in activities that once were pleasurable, experience loss of appetite or overeating, have problems concentrating, remembering details, or making decisions, and may contemplate or attempt suicide.

If you have or have experienced any of the above don't despair, Counselling and other psychological treatments have been found to be very effective in people with mild to moderate depression. Advice and support are an important part of helping all people with depression, no matter how mild or severe their symptoms may be. Certain therapies such as cognitive behaviour therapy and interpersonal therapy can be effective.
