Depression
Low mood can affect a person's thoughts, behaviour, feelings and a sense of well being. Depressed people may feel sad, anxious, empty, hopeless, worried, helpless, worthless, guilty, irritable, hurt, or restless. They may lose interest in activities that once were pleasurable, experience loss of appetite or overeating, have problems concentrating, remembering details, or making decisions, and may contemplate or attempt suicide, Insomia, fatigue, loss of energy, or aches, pains, or digestive problems that are resistant to treatment may also be present.
Learning Difficulties/Dyslexia
At time do you feel frustrated at being held back, knowing your capable of more and not understanding why?. Do you feel your not learning the same as everyone else. Grief is a normal response to loss. It is s the emotional suffering you feel when something or someone you love has been taken away. The bigger the loss, the more intense the grief will be. Anxiety
Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry, and uneasiness, usually generalized and unfocused as an reaction to a situation that is only subjectively seen as a threat. Anxiety often accompanied by restlessness, uneasiness, overwhelmed, fatigue, problems in concentration, and muscular tension. Anxiety is not considered to be a normal reaction to a perceived stressor although many feel it occasionally. When anxiety becomes overwhelming and distressing to the person.
